I'm just a beginner and don't know how to run it. Can somebody help me?

You can use the docker image where it is all set up with the dependencies for you, but this requires Linux. Or just download the project and double click the "app.py" after installing the dependencies yourself: python 3 flask requests retrying ffmpeg
