Can't sign up on mobile device #141

When the screen size is reduced to mobile size, the head and shoulders icon only allows for sign in, not sign up. Same with the Join Now buttons.

As a follow up, there is no "Register" button on the sign in screen screenshot_2017-05-31-07-37-44

@robgpeak this has been updated. You can now easily click to register from the login. Also the Join Now button now takes you to register for an account.
