When a CS agent is looking at users in https://shop.complinks.co/admindashboard/users and they click on the user's record, it expands and shows more data like phone number and address, but I think a better functionality might be to see the user's actual My Account page so they can see exactly what the user sees. Particularly the communication preferences.
