@ChrisASearles As an authenticated user (which is the only way I can see this page), if I enter the Subject and Message (which are the only two available fields), and click Submit Request, the ticket shows up in groove as being sent from support@complinks.co. Which means I click on reply within groove, the reply message goes to support@complinks.co instead of the email address of the actual sender.

This is obviously not good and needs to be fixed.
