Changing the birthday entry field on the myaccount page #255

I am not a big fan of the interface of the way it enters the birthdate on this page, but if you are set on it, tha's fine, but it should NOT allow scrolling into future dates, that seems kind of silly.

I guess it's interesting in that I can easily see what day of the week I was born :)

@robgpeak do we even need to have them enter DOB ? foxwoods dosnt use it when they enter acct/PIN thats all we need for multiple vendors.

Some casinos will ask for the DOB, and some won't. We can take it out for now, but if we need it for a particular casino in the future, I would rather use a traditional DOB entry form.

i think i can find a different Date entering system that only allows dates for the past and enters them in a different way ...
