When using opaque, blur or acrylic the taskbar turns to default for a few seconds then turns black tried restarting hasn't helped

Describe the bug When I pick blur or opaque or acrylic the taskbar turns immediately into how it would look in default mode then turns black in a second and stays black have tried restarting but it does not work. It was working until after i updated to windows 11 22h2 update.

To Reproduce Steps:

1. Update your windows 11 to 22H2 version.
2. Pick acrylic, blur or opaque in the taskbar configurator.

Expected behavior The taskbar should turn have turned as the function is like opaque, blur and acrylic but instead it turns black.

Same here, and it's really sad, because I loved blur to somewhat be able to see behind the current application.
