Describe the bug
The bug happens at every Windows login. When logging into Windows after booting the system, the TaskbarX program is already launched and centered properly, but after approximately 3 seconds after login, the task bar goes back to it's default left screen position, then TaskbarX runs again centering itself properly. This only happens when logging in, but this problem didn't occur about 3 versions ago. It used to just be launched and centered already when logging in with no task bar position resetting issues.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Power up PC
Login to user profile
TaskbarX goes from being already centered properly, to the default left taskbar position, then launches again, re-centering itself.
Expected behavior
AA few versions back when powering on the PC, if I let it sit for around 5 seconds upon showing Windows Login screen, I could login to my profile and TaskbarX would already be launched and centered properly with no position re-setting.
Screenshots
If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
OS: Windows 10
Version 22H2
Additional context
The bug is mostly just delaying the ability to immediately start performing tasks as you have to wait for the TaskbarX to re-launch or you'll miss the app icons all together or click the wrong one.
