Monitor panel glitch bug #1027

Hi, I installed last version, and have glitch monitor bug. I have 3 monitors and on one of them panel get glitching/ when im click on it, glitch happened on second monitor how to fix that? Im trying to explain it on video:

Latest version: [1.7.8.0] Windows 10

I'm having same issue, whenever the taskbar update it flickers on all the monitors, sometimes when I'm gaming that flick lowers my fps
