Start menu button is 1px off w/ segmented taskbar #1030

Describe the bug The taskbar's start menu button, with segmented taskbar checked in the configurator, is 1 pixel off from the whole taskbar size. (which i find mildly infuriating)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the configurator
  2. Check segmented taskbar
  3. Look in the bottom left, voila.

Expected behavior The start menu to be the full size of the taskbar.
