Running Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2 and TaskbarX does not work #1038

Describe the bug Running Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2 and TaskbarX does not work. I can see some minor changes on the task bar but I cannot get Transparent or any other mode to work properly.
