File explorer opening when exiting any fullscreen mode/app #1047

Describe the bug When exiting any sort of fullscreen in any application file explorer opens

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enter fullscreen on any app
  2. Exit fullscreen
  3. File explorer opens

Expected behavior Exit fullscreen with no problems with no app starting on its own

Ive seemed to have resolved the issue with just a simple restart
