Having the same issue, but not necessarily with the super key. Just will randomly happen at times. I hope this but gets fixed soon. Im on win 11 btw
I'm unable reproduce it any other way but it has been happening randomly for me as well.
Gonna close this as I no longer use Windows and dev is unable to reproduce.
Describe the bug Hidden portion of taskbar is completely transparent (0% opacity) when opening with Super Key (Windows Key).
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior TaskbarX sets the taskbar to the correct style.

Notice that line across the screen on the outermost portion of the taskbar is the portion of the taskbar that is always visible as demonstrated in this image (taskbar hidden):
