Taskbar apps not centered on monitor 1 (pushed to the right of center).
No app on taskbar on monitor (initialization animation has them move from left to right of taskbar and then disappear).
As the computer is used, the taskbar on monitor 1 gradually reposition more and more to the right until they disappear.

I'm using a default settings, unchanged for quite some time, so not much to say here. These are the basic screens though:
Expected behavior
Taskbar apps to be centered on both monitors and to not reposition themselves over time.

I had been on version 1.6, so paid for the upgrade to 1.7.6.0, but still seeing this issue after installing latest version and restarting PC.
