Taskbar collapsing to another Monitor #921

Describe the bug When using Auto hide taskbar in desktop mode, the taskbar will collapse to the next monitor therefore overlapping applications. It does the same thing no matter if the taskbar is at the bottom or left side.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Enable Auto hide taskbar in desktop mode.

Expected behavior Not to collapse to another monitor.

OS: [e.g. Windows 10] Win10 Home 64bit
Version [e.g. 1909] 19042.1526 20H2

same problem but on windows 11 home 64bit
