TaskbarXI broke TranslucentTB #165

I had TranslucentTB installed on my computer. I downloaded TaskbarXI. When I removed it, TranslucentTB "Clear" effect stopped working. I tried reinstalling TranslucentTB and TaskbarXI but it didn't help. How can I restore the application to work?
