Modules' Tests

Adds unit/Cucumber tests to the Modules feature.

Before merging, I need to:

• [x] Add tests for changing dispute type
• [x] Add tests for hooking into events
• [x] Add tests for creating module tables
• [x] Add tests for creating module routes
• [x] Add tests for adding dashboard items
