Farmer/Admin Manages other admins #10

As an authenticated farmer vendor/admin, when I visit a market information page of a market I own, I can create assign other users to have farmer/admin privileges for my market/markets only.

As an authenticated farmer vendor/admin, when I visit a market information page of a market I DO NOT own, Then I am not given options to create or assign other users to have farmer/admin privileges and I cannot do so through address bar manipulation
