link scope is no longer supported so raw must be used with a regex
Capitalization of 'Openly' directory must match for installation to work out of the box

Hi there! Thanks for creating this repository. I had to make a few adjustments to get it to work with the latest version of Vale, so I thought I'd contribute them back as a PR.
