ex. WMNS doesn't exist anymore.

By the way @twocents, just for easy communication in future, the terminology we're using for what you're referring to is "subject". There is one catalog with many subjects, each having many courses, each having many sections, each having many section components. So the day-of-week ordering thing you were referring to earlier would be that "the section components should be ordered by the day of the week". :)

Don't ask for too much now, @ChrisCooper . If this gets too big for my brain, I will have no choice but to spam your email instead :)

Just kidding. But I'm not sure I understand you. ANAT 101 is a course. ANAT is a subject. What's a catalogue?

I should remind you that catalogue ends in -UE :)

uniphil commented 11 years ago

+1 for UE haha

Qcumber is the catalogue! or... a bit more. But the total course-listing functionality of Qcumber is what is called the Catalogue, I think.

ChrisCooper commented 11 years ago

Yes. Qcumber is "the __(something) course catalogue." Right?

uniphil commented 11 years ago

yep all the public-facing mentions of catalogue are good I think

twocents commented 11 years ago

WOW. I totally get it now. #mindblown

But, actually. It has never occurred to me that the catalogue ... was a catalogue ...

Also, SOLUS spells catalogue wrong. BOO.
