bootstrap.css loads after portal.css #11

Need to set Priority="16" on the DnnCssInclude to be able to overwrite styles at the portal level.

That's what I currently have in the code, and it appears to be loading with the proper order for my sites?

Oh, I just checked the file directly and you are right. I installed it Friday using the installation package, but I see theres been 24 commits since then, one of which must have been setting the priority. I'll update with the latest files. Thanks for creating this skin!

I was having problems trying to track down "when" the change was made as well :D
