Need to store partition information in Base VHD Registry #30

On VHDs with more than one basic partition (created outside of Lably, since Lably only creates one), we can't test the OS Partition without knowing which one it is. Should store in base registry so we can then test with Test-LablyBaseVHDRegistry.
