Dear developer/s,

I wonder how much memory does Integrate fusion takes?

Does it load all the bam (RNA+tumor DNA+normal DNA) at a time in the memory for fusion detection? (NB: my filesize are quite big)

Even with 60GB mem, the process is killed.

Hello! I got the similar error with running integrate fusion. Error: Handling mapped split reads... free(): double free detected in tcache 2 Aborted (core dumped)

Did you solved it? Any guidance would be much appreciated! Thank you very much!
