Name value sections #9

Added support for NameValue custom Sections. Inspiration for this feature came from here: https://github.com/kappy/ShowBot/blob/master/ShowBot/Infrastructure/DynamicConfigSection.cs A generic Xml config section.

This is great, thanks again @kappy! Do you have time to add "How to use custom sections" on the gh-pages branch and/or in the readme?
