Online Co-op: Add in-game notice if client is out of date #1032

Otherwise, when trying to browse or create a game, servers and client versions won't match up, and online games won't be available for the player until they update their client.

(and mobile devices tend to lag behind auto-updates sometimes)

This will come in a version after 0.3.6, once I know what the iOS App Store URL for the game will be.
