Feedback system: Emails sometimes not notifying developer #1034

Feedback system is working (data gets saved to server), but emails sometimes fail to get sent, thus failing to notify me. (bugs, user feedback, suggestions, etc)

TODO:

Use some other kind of notification system that does not rely on email, since email just sometimes fails and isn't super reliable.

(seems to email me notifications okay from the itch.io version, but not from Steam version)

Fixed. Was an error in website's Feedback.php class when trying to parse Steam persona name from submissions.
