Achievements / Grenades: Enemies killing enemies counts toward totals? #1058

Believe enemies blowing themselves up (or blowing up fellow enemies) increases count of grenade kills for their related achievements.

250 enemy slain with a poisoned grenade ... the badge appeared right after several monster killing themselves in a grenade party room.
