Even out loot types in extra chests #1059

In 0.3, if I recall correctly, one chest per room is designated as a guaranteed weapon, shield, or potion (based on what was guaranteed in the previous 2 or 3 rooms)... but the rest of the chests in each room are just rolled randomly.

For 0.4, perhaps the loot types should be a bit more "even" for extra chests in each room, so you don't get a heap of potions, or a heap of shields, etc. (something something RNG)
