Leaderboards: Create public webpage for scores #1067

With upcoming 0.3.6, the web server will be storing entries, before letting clients submit scores to their native platforms.

With new data being stored, would be cool to have the website list the scores.

This also paves the way for daily and weekly runs later on, by using my own leaderboard system. Will be able to integrate such lookups into the game as well.

Can't be bothered writing a global leaderboard system anymore. I need to move on.
