Mobile: Unable to access Core Supporter Pack benefits if offline?

Reported in 0.3.5f. Google Play tester.

To investigate:

• [x] Double-check things work correctly if device has no Internet connection.
• [x] Ensure caching mechanisms of recording the user was previously a Core Supporter worked when device last had an Internet connection.
• [x] Debug to see how such flows work when signing in or out without an Internet connection where possible.

Ideally, user should have access to the entire dungeon if they've purchased the Core Supporter Pack previously – details are typically recorded in the user's Account file, though such details get purged if user explicitly signs out, I believe. Need to double-check.

Also a possible case of two Account files existing if cloud storage is clashing between local Account file and cloud-synced Account file...? Need to check.

Seems to be working as intended in 0.3.6a. No changes needed far as I can tell.
