Mobile: Investigate increasing Couch Co-op player limit from 2 to 4

Current gamepad limit imposed on 0.3.6c is two players for Couch Co-op, on both iOS and Android.

Tasks:

• [ ] See if iOS supports 3 or 4 gamepads these days, especially with iOS 16.
• [ ] See if Android supports 3 or 4 gamepads.

I don't imagine 3 or 4 players huddling around a tablet would be common, but you never know.

For Android, supporting 3 or 4 players on Android TV makes sense, however.

Nah, we will leave it at 2-player couch co-op for mobile. This includes iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch.

Desktop (Steam and itch.io) can have 4-player support.
