Blessings: Add ability to disable certain blessings? #1121

Requests to be able to turn off specific blessings.

I don't see why not. Might meld it into more of an NPC type of system, or require reagents to action such things, or have it coincide with the planned rune system (allowing things to be swapped in or out, like the Weapon Selector slot system – also need to decide for upcoming game modes if player will be able to acquire more than 9 blessings per run, and how that will work...)

If I ever do a menu refactor, perhaps, but I think this is beyond the scope of the game for now.
