Core Supporter: Game sometimes not recognising or checking properly upon startup?

I am already a core supporter, but sometimes it became unavailable when I logged in. And then I need to log in again and again, and see whether the function will be back...

Possibly a recent regression with the game sometimes performing a "Light" transaction-check, rather than a "Thorough" check.

Tasks:

• [x] Perform a thorough check if user is a Core Supporter upon signing in, after getting receipts from the Unity Mobile Store, etc.

Unable to reproduce in 0.3.7a – signing in recognises the previous IAP transaction correctly.

For 0.3.7b, have added a check:

• Platform_CloudOnce._OnAccountSignedIn does a thorough core supporter check now. This should happen immediately after signing in.
