CloudOnce: Add advanced option to remove all data #1136

A user is having issues with their Google Drive cloud sync. Their Account data was lost, and new data is not being saved either. Their saved game system seems to be stuck too.

Believe it would be appropriate to implement an advanced option to call CloudOnce's DeleteAll API.
