Method to update: Alert.ShowSimpleAlert_MobileStoreError_InitializationFailed
Situation:
A paid customer was having issues with their Google account; they weren't able to sign into Google Play, and the IAP system was not initializing properly. They restarted the game multiple times, but still had no luck.
The game would have alerted the user to "Please try restarting the game", but really, "Please try restarting your device" would probably have saved time and resolved their issue.
Tasks:
[x] Replace call to StringID.MobileStore_PleaseTryRestartingTheGame with a better sentence.
[ ] Test IAP initialization failure; ensure new alert appears properly.
[ ] Also possibly check if user is not signed into their Google Play account and adjust the alert as necessary.
