Mobile: Add option to disable cloud sync #1166

Particularly with Android.

Still getting reports of players saying their saved games to not persist between app launches.

I don't know what else to do.

Cloud sync works for some players, but not all.

An option to force all saved games and account info to be stored locally would be good.

Can't be bothered. Either it's on because you're signed in, or off if you're signed out.
