Touchscreen lag as game progresses #1175

Over the months, there have been reports that the game seems to suffer from input lag, that gets worse and worse the longer the game goes on.

Returning to the title screen fixes the lag.

I have not seen any errors in the logs about it.

Will need to test and profile. Not sure what the cause is. Sort of suspect it's log messages being laggy, possibly from TaskProgressManager_CloudOnce.
