Mobile: Create premium versions of the game with no IAP

Over the months, having released free + IAP versions of the game on Google Play and iOS...

I can say that the IAP system works okay for most players, BUT there are still a lot of players where the IAP system just does not work on their device properly.

Things like:

• on Google, sometimes the IAP system just fails inconsistently.
• on Google and iOS, some players don't have access to an IAP system, so they can't ever buy the game.
• on Google, particularly on Chinese-based devices, Google Play is not available or something, so the user can never log in.

I think it's probably worth creating a separate premium version alongside the IAP version.

Can't be bothered at this point.

IAP works well enough.

Not sure if I'd do this again for a future game. But for T2, it's fine enough, we've come this far. More versions = more work. Can't be bothered right now.
