Quick Heal: Create options for auto-choose type #1183

I'd like to see the addition of options to change how quick potion use is chosen.

I'd suggest the options "Most Health", "Least Health", "Least Over-heal" "Potions with Effects First", and "Potions with Effects Last".

There are some runs where I just want effective healing (in which case the default settings are fine), but there are other times when I want to save certain potions for later (like double damage) or use up my low-level potions first.
