UI: Add enemies remaining counter? #1195

Don't know if I'd want this to be fully available all the time, as enemies aren't typically required to all be slain in a room to continue.

But, a UI counter to show how many enemies are remaining.

Could be a pre-run Rune selection. Or an option for a difficulty. Or a Blessing.
