Challenge Modes: Knockback able to be a Mystery Reward? #1214

Believe there's a bug, where certain Mystery Rewards can be presented to the player, even though the reward would not work for any weapon for the run.

For example, a ranged weapon with Knockback does nothing (as of v0.4, Ruleset 3.6).

todo:

[ ] Go through Mystery Rewards and prevent certain ones appearing in certain challenge modes, and/or
[ ] Make Knockback work on ranged weapons? (I think Knockback applies to melee weapons at the moment?)
