As of version 0.3.0a, using the Merchant in an online game with multiple players at once has some issues:
Quality of Life issue : as a client, when shopping, the shop list resets and brings me back to the first item whenever another player buys or sell something.
first issue : it's "annoying" to cycle back to the inventory page that you were at. it mostly prevents a player from buying anything while another player is interacting with the shopkeeper
second issue : if you were about to press (A) to buy and the inventory refresh at the same time, there's a possibility to buy the first item from the list
Ideas for improvement:
[x] Fix issue of player's cursor always resetting to index 0 when a transaction happens
[x] Have items be greyed out after they are purchased by other players, to prevent player from purchasing the wrong item if the menu item orders change
[x] Have new items (sold by other players) be to the list without disrupting current index ordering
