Currently in 0.3.0a, if a category has multiple pages of items on the left, the only way to traverse to the next page is to navigate down to the bottom item.

Would make sense to create button actions to paginate entire pages:

[ ] Controllers: Left Trigger and Right Trigger
[ ] Keyboard: PgUp and PgDown

Possibly could have D-Pad Left/Right, and Keyboard Left Arrow / Right Arrow do pagination, but the above as defaults should suffice.

I'm sick of refactoring Unity's UI menu stuff. Can't be bothered.
