@ifofer No problem! Did you already tested this and can you confirm it works?

No, we haven't yet tested it, as we require 4 other modules to be Mautic 5 ready before we start updating our instance.

just tested it, looks like it's not working

Did you cleared the cache after placing it into the plugins folder?

I hadn't cleared my provider's cache because that's supposed to be done every 30 min automatically but I just did it manually and still not working 🤔 also cleared my browser's cache and tried incognito

@Ricka7x I meant the cache in mautic. You can clear the content of the var/cache folder. Can you try it and see if the plugin appears?
