Mintos yml diff #720

Mintos export CSV:

rows 2040 Sum: 25,19...€

after parser: rows 1440 sum: 25.873301€

i think any filter doesnt work. for example TAX, etc?

I'm not able to work for at least another week on this .. could you please provide some additional data to check?

If I remember correctly the program should output which lines are not recognized when you run it with --debug - the appearing output would be very helpful to find out what's wrong :)

It seems this is related to #692 - I guess there is a new type of value (tax) for mintos.
