Project View custom font does not get applied in PhpStorm 2021.3 #1849

Summary

The Project View custom font settings do not get applied in PhpStorm 2021.3.

Expected behavior

The Project View font is Inter V with 22pt size.

Actual behavior

The Project View font stays the default font & size.

Steps to reproduce (if needed)

The Tab custom font is applying, but not for the Project Sidebar. The sidebar font should be the same font as the tabs.
