Unable to activate using latest Android Studio Stable Giraffe | 2022.3.1 #1901

Summary

Unable to activate the Material theme UI plugin, when I go to settings and click activate license, it says the windows will show when you close settings, and then I just get a popup saying I need to restart the IDE, and then it just restarts.

Expected behavior

Ask for activation key or some way to activate

Actual behavior

Asks for me to restart the IDE and then it just restarts it and that is about it

Steps to reproduce (if needed)

  1. Open Setting
  2. go to Material Theme UI
  3. press Activate License
  4. close settings
  5. agree to restart the IDE
