Event #1622 "Close explorer tab under mouse" interferes with middle-mouse clicks in Chrome/etc #365

Event #1622 "Close explorer tab under mouse" stops middle-clicking links in
Chrome & other browsers from working.

Suggested fix is to constrain the event to only work in Windows Explorer via an
additional condition.

There was a bug in the "Is Mouse over Tab Button" condition. I can't test with
Chrome at the moment because I can't install it on my PC, but I will do so
later. It shouldn't be required to add another condition, as this condition
should cover the window already.

Tested and seems to work (now?)

Yes, seems fine now, can be closed.

Strange though, as I logged the issue in March and it definitely happened then,
but the binary hasn't been updated since Feb... how is that possible?!

No idea. What I meant was that I fixed a condition (see 2nd post in this topic)
that might fix your issue. It is not publically released yet though.

Ok, well then perhaps that condition bug caused the issue then but simply
doesn't happen to be causing the issue now, though it could again, hence your
fix is still useful and hopefully nails the bug.
