Ability to add/remove individual Explorer buttons and context menu items #383

Right now, it's either all or none. It could be another glitch but I unchecked
"New text file" button and even rebooted but it's still showing up in Explorer.
And the only option available is "Remove custom Explorer Buttons".

Also, buttons appear in all Explorer windows including Control Panel and some
of them (e.g. Fast Folders) can't be controlled individually.

I agree that there could be some more options for those. The button is mostly
there because some users have noticed problems where duplicate buttons would
appear. If you press on Apply again after clicking this buttons the buttons
that are defined in 7plus will reappear so they aren't lost.

FastFolder buttons are on/off right now, but you can clear a FastFolder slot
with Alt+NumpadX.

I don't have too much control over where these buttons appear unfortunately,
this is controlled by Explorer and its namespace extensions.

Fast Folder assignments and removal can also be controlled through Accessor.
But for the assigned folders it's either show all or none.

Well, even if the way additional buttons in Explorer work, doesn't allow
selecting where they appear, there still should be the option to add/remove
individual "Event". If I want to add just "New Text File" or create a new
button altogether, I should be able to do that instead of clicking "Add all
buttons" or "Remove all buttons".

That's possible in the next version if you are talking about buttons created by
individual events and not about fast folders.

As this bug does not exist anymore in the next release I will close this issue.
