It wasnt blocking, i was expecting to see the message straight on screen, but it wasnt a printer statement.
I took a 32bit raspberry image and used it with the documented pymodbus version

Hi, thx. for the quick response. In wich way do you installed python 2.5.3 eg. with pyenv or in another way? Pls. can you give me a short overview? I have no luck with pyenv. Many thanks. BG Utz

Hi, is pymodbus 2.6.3 still a good option? It is blocking on pi and ubuntu. anybody has a hint? thank you
