Title for options #88

I've used https://www.websequencediagrams.com to great affect and like the 
feature of being able to pass a Title to the graphic. Just like you can use MSC 
to pass width and such in the options block.

If this isn't something that fits the main repo, it'd be great to know where it 
is at to modify the source. Any help much appreciated.
